Bei der "Screening"-Reihe des Kunstraums D21 werden die großen Schaufenster des 
Wächterhauses in den Abendstunden zur Projektionsfläche für Videoarbeiten. 
Im Januar präsentiert Konstantinos-Antonios Goutos unter dem Titel "passanten" 
drei dokumentarische Szenen - eine für jedes Fenster - die von außen betrachtet 
werden können. Als besonderen Anreiz erwartet die Besucher am Abend der Eröffnung im 
Inneren des Kunstraums eine Videoinstallation, die der Künstler "jungbrunnen" betitelt 
hat. Die Videos der Fensterprojektionen sind zwischen 2003 und 2006 in Leipzig, Berlin 
und Prag gedreht, die vierte Szene entstand ebenfalls 2006 in Prag.  

Goutos (geboren 1973) studiert Medienkunst an der Hochschule für 
Grafik und Buchkunst (HGB) in Leipzig und nennt sich videoFlâneu®.

When the night is settling in, the 'Screening' sessions at D21 artspace are turning the large 
shopfront windows into a projection screen for video-based artwork. 
In January Konstantinos-Antonios Goutos is presenting three documentary scenes under 
the title "passers-by". Projected onto each of the three windows, they can be watched from 
the outside. As a special treat visitors of the opening can expect a fourth video installation 
inside the D21 art space, entitled "fountain of youth". The videos of the shopfront projection 
were created between 2003 and 2006 in Leipzig, Berlin and Prague, the fourth scene was 
equally shot in Prague in 2006. 

Goutos (b. 1973) is a media art student at the Academy of 
Visual Arts (HGB) in Leipzig and calls himself videoFlâneu®.
